Punt aggression controls how quickly the engine recommends punting a category. 0 means it will never recommend a punt; 10 means it will recommend one as soon as a category starts to slip. 5 is a balanced default.
Roster positions always match the Roster spots number above. nineCat starts with Yahoo-style defaults, but you can change any individual slot.
Leave blank for "Team 1", "Team 2" and so on. Your own slot is highlighted.
Match your league's scoring. 1 = counts normally, 0 = not scored at all.
nineCat includes a 500-player 2026–27 projection pool, so you can start drafting immediately. You can replace it anytime in Settings → Load projections.
Total is a player's projected value. Fit adjusts that for your roster and gives extra weight to players unlikely to make it back to your next pick.
Hover or click a player to inspect him and see how his stats affect your Team Profile. Click again to draft him. Use Undo or Ctrl+Z to revert the last pick.
Your Team Profile shows where your roster is strong or weak. Punt Radar can suggest categories to punt or chase. You can also select punts and chases manually.
If you use the nineCat Chrome extension, completed Yahoo or ESPN draft picks can be logged automatically. Manual drafting works normally without the extension.
